Tavistock Caravans were very helpful; they were able to fit me in at short notice, and although new parts were unavailable and paint matching was tricky they did an excellent repair to the rear corner of our 20-year-old motorhome (narrow lane, hedge, don't ask...)We're very pleased with the result - it now looks as though it never happened, and if we ever lose another fight with a stroppy hedge, we'll be back!

My caravan side was damaged whilst away. Took it Tavistock caravans where Jake prepared a quote. This was accepted by the insurance wich saved the trouble of shopping around for a second quote. They agreed to store the van for free whilst parts were on order. They kept us informed of progress as we live a distance away. Once completed, I was blown away with the result. Had our caravan serviced by them. We felt that it was very thorough. They picked up a faulty handbrake which was replaced in good time and price. We left feeling that the service and repair had been done to a very high standard. Will be returning next service.

Above & Beyond During what has been an extremely stressful time we were in need of a repair caused by storm damage. Jake and the team pulled out all the stops and it was repaired within 3 days, no fuss, just good old fashioned customer care, well done

The skylight on our campervan was damaged by the wind and we were distraught! One phone call to Tavistock Caravans and we were wholly reassured. We visited this morning for them to assess the damage and spoke with Jake. He was professional, reassuring and knowledgeable, talking us through various options, trying to reduce the cost of what could otherwise be a very costly repair. We were very impressed and will be returning for the repair to be done. Thank you for your reassurance and for making what feels like a disaster to us into an everyday event for you- we left feeling much happier than when we arrived and we look forward to returning for the repair to be completed

Storm Amy severely damaged the roof of my touring caravan. It was taken to Tavistock Caravans where they put her into the workshop to keep the rain from damaging the interior. They did a fantastic job of the repairs. It was all done really quickly because I was booked to have a holiday in it. Well done guys a really great job. Highly recommended.

First class professional service I wanted some extra lighting inside the cab and load space of my Vauxhall Vivaro van, also some additional USB's. I'm a detail freak so was looking for a super neat installation.
